Hot Chocolate Nutrition

Yields:                  1 drink




1 cup flax milk or other non-dairy milk

1-2 TBSP Cacao.

1 tsp+ stevia

1 tea bag dandelion chai


Heat milk with cacao on stove top, stirring frequently on high heat. Put tea bag in mug and add hot liquid.  Add stevia to taste.

Dandelion is loaded with nutrients and is a great detoxifier for the body and this tea adds awesome flavor to your hot chocolate!
